PyrValley
also produces maple syrup from late February to mid-April depending on
the weather. We make syrup from sap collected from about 400 buckets.
This season we hope to produce about 40 gallons of syrup. Most of our
product is sold locally in handle bottles as pictured above. Specialty
containers like the maple container are available upon request and cost a little extra. We typically sell in 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml, and 1 liter bottles, but larger sizes are available upon request.
In addition to maple syrup, we produce 100% pure Ontario Birch Syrup, which is also available for purchase in 50 ml, 100 ml, and 250 ml bottles.
